- Provide ‘hands on’ assistance to organizations by mapping their process-based management systems (using a single user version of Terrapene);
- Develop solutions to the gaps revealed through the mapping;
- Provide guidance and ‘hands on’ assistance to organize an organization’s documented system around their process-based QMS (placed on Terrapene);
- Create the documentation that is needed, but does not yet exist;
- Assess the organization's QMS and provide compliance solutions to help the organization prepare for a certification audit.
